This particular release of the deposition of Elvis Chan. Chan is the head of cyber security , agent in charge at the FBI Bureau located in San Francisco. The reason for this deposition is due to the lawsuit against against the Federal government and the Biden administration brought by the Attorney General(s) of Missouri and Louisiana. The almost 400 pages is quite revealing. Chan under oath admitted that the FBI met weekly with social media companies in the lead up to the 2020 election with the topic of the Russia hack and dump operation. That is the continued script that began with Donald Trump’s presidential candidacy and continued through, well even today.

What do you feel you missed with news that should have been reported legacy media, social media or even our own agencies at the Federal government? You missed it because it was suppressed, unreported or completely censored. Every part of that is noted above cheated the entire voting public and that included congressional committees. Really? Yes.

RedState: As we reported on October 4, Eugene Yu, a Chinese immigrant and CEO of Konnech, an election software company, was arrested “as part of an investigation into the possible theft of personal identifying information of [Los Angeles County election] workers,” which officials believed “was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.”
The other shocking part of the story was that LA County District Attorney George Gascon, who’s not known as being tough on crime, announced the arrest and extradition and that investigators from his office had been working on the case.
One of Konnech’s software offerings is a program called PollChief, which schedules election workers and assists elections officials with supply and logistics procedures. In 2019 LA County entered into a contract with Konnech, and a sole-source contract worth more than $2 million was finalized in 2020. As part of the contract, Konnech was to abide by state and federal law, and to various information security procedures, which an LA County District Attorney’s office investigator described in a complaint supporting the request for a warrant for Yu’s arrest:
“[C]ontractor shall screen and conduct background checks on all Contractor personnel contacting County’s Confidential Information, including Personally Identifiable Information, for potential security risks and require all employees and contractors to sign an appropriate written confidentiality non-disclosure agreement.
Personally Identifiable Information, and County’s Confidential Information: (i) may only be made available and accessible to those parties explicitly authorized under the Contract or otherwise expressly approved by County in writing.
Only Contractor’s staff who are based in the United States and are citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States shall have access to any County data, including personally identifiable information, hosted in County’s instance of the System Software.
This complaint, which is dated October 13, 2022, contains additional information about what investigators have found – information that does not lead to any type of confidence in the security of our election information.
Despite Eugene Yu’s insistence in a verified court pleading that “all of Konnech’s U.S. customer data is secured and stored exclusively on protected computers located within the United States,” the Los Angeles County DA’s office found that:
“On or about October 10, 2019, through October 4, 2022, Eugene Yu and other employees at Konnech, Inc. were providing these services to Los Angeles County using third-party contractors based in China.
“…Konnech employees known and unknown sent personal identifying information of Los Angeles County election workers to third-party software developers who assisted with creating and fixing Konnech’s internal ‘PollChief’ software.”
So, the personal identifying information of US election workers was intentionally sent not just out of the country, but to China. And to third-party contractors, which is potentially in complete violation of the state’s anti-independent contracting AB5 law.
In 1945, The Motion Picture Association began to apply a film rating system for the suitability of movies for the audience. It is a classification that is applied to matters of profanity, sex, violence and substance abuse that adults consider for children and adolescents.
It is still used today but quite selectively and all levels of government now appears to ignore the suitability of what is now a matter of indecent exposure.
Pornography is defined as sexually explicit exploitation of lurid writings, videos and images. The FBI investigates and successfully prosecutes these types of cases every day across the country. The FBI has a warning on their website known as ‘sextortion’. It refers to online activities, but does it end there? What about in public school classrooms or libraries or on television or or streaming apps and basic TV commercials? That is where local, state and the Federal government appears to fall silent except where encouraging and teaching such behaviors. Sadly, however, the FBI misses countless cases such as the female gymnasts scandal. This case involves an estimate 90 gymnasts of whom many have testified before Congress. So…where is Congress? Where is the Department of Education? Where is the White House? Where is the church of all faiths….almost a questionable item there however.
We are now in a place where various sexual exploitation is literally taught in public schools to children at very young ages and lesson plans along with organizations advocate for gender dysphoria which alters the emotion conditions of it’s subjects, often with lifelong damage.
So, exactly where are the classification applied to motion pictures as they should be applied to TV commercials, public school classrooms, books, images and videos? Why do we have such a fracture in all of this? We often hear various Federal government leaders including the president refer to America values. Is this type of alleged suitability now part of the American value system?
Title 9 is essentially over with. It was a good fight to codify Title 9 into law but now, with the ‘woke’ sexually explicit advocates it is over with. We have gender jumpers challenging all sorts of women’s sports. The Scouting program is almost completely destroyed. Gender specific housing is gone as are locker rooms and bathrooms.
There are criminal sex offenders that have jobs in the public schools and in other government jobs where children and even adults are vulnerable to the threats of being victims and many are including the very recent matter in the Fairfax, Virginia school system.
The Left and the sexually explicit advocates will cry censorship and compare it all to the banning of books by Nazi Germany.
All of this has caused a new and more engaged block of voters….mothers….and fathers fighting back against the progressive school systems, unions and school boards as we have seen in several states including Virginia and Florida. The levels of government cannot replace the duties of parents and must never do so. Consider this particular case from January in Florida.

So, perhaps in summary, we should legislatively use that model rating system of the Motion Picture Association for public schools, TV commercials, college campuses, books and images for the sake of American values, whatever they are anymore.

As this article was going to press, ABC News published a report that weeks before the Mar-a-Lago search, former President Donald Trump’s associate Kash Patel “vowed to retrieve classified documents from the National Archives and publish them on his website.”
If that scheme involved Trump himself and the Mar-a-Lago documents, it could have significant legal implications for the Justice Department’s ongoing criminal investigation. Any plan to release the documents could potentially trigger specific elements of the Espionage Act and other criminal statutes designed with the core purpose of preventing unlawful dissemination of classified and other sensitive government documents. As I discuss below, credible evidence of such a plan also would likely factor into the Justice Department’s decision on whether to bring criminal charges.Read on here on the full summary.
It was October of 2020….the story broke in a big way…but big tech and big media dismissed it all in favor of Joe Biden…could it be that the NYT’s is really telling the country that Joe Biden himself is no longer worthy of being president much less for a second term? (his failures mount to the nation and the world mount)
As a reminder, the laptop contained emails, files, messages, photos and documents of the Biden family operations and overseas operations and the huge money involved.
Those officials included General Michael Hayden (a former director of both the CIA and NSA); John Brennan (former CIA Director); James Clapper (former Director of National Intelligence); and Leon Panetta (former CIA Director).
That happened in cadence with media and big tech repeating the same thing. Then there was that moment when Tony Bobulinski went on camera to explain all the details and the machine then worked aggressively to discredit Bobulinski, including Politifact, a Poynter Institute. The machine essentially rigged the election….it is reasonable to say that if the laptop story was told honestly and timely….at least it could have changed the vote results in more than one state…chew on that for a while.
There have been thousands and thousands of lies told to us including those by omission….there was CNN, there was MSNBC…there was Facebook and Twitter….and there was CBS and 60 Minutes.
This exchange between Trump and Lesley Stahl is insane. She repeatedly insists the Biden laptops “can’t be verified” so reporters shouldn’t talk about it.
Remember that poor computer store owner that was to fix Hunter’s laptop? The machine so worked to destroy him that he not only had to close his business but he had to leave town….where and how does he get his life back? He reached out to the appropriate people to report the contents of the laptop and yet not one agency (read FBI) or person would touch it…so he finally reached out to Rudy Giuliani. Oh…remember when there was a raid on Giuliani’s office and home?
So…come on reader…who do you trust now? Not only do we have this new light on the Hunter scandal, but it festered in the Biden presidential campaign and now in his own White House…then there was the fake Russian bounty story…there was the RussiaGate scandal and of course the January 6th insurrection story of which to date…not one person has been charged with insurrection.
We have the Southern District of New York Attorneys Office, we have the FBI, the Department of Justice, the court system that are supposed to work for us….while some pieces of these institutions do work for us…there is an operation that is working against us…and we have to include big tech and social media.
Exactly what will the response be from the progressive members of Congress? Silence of course unless we demand otherwise….the public trust is or at least should be broken and that results in a feeble and failing democratic form of government…our Republic is in peril…
Candidate Biden and now President Biden lied about all things related to the laptop…but the investigation goes on? Yes, including the grand jury. Hunter’s issues began at least for tax crimes in 2018. Then there is the matter of Hunter being an unregistered foreign agent and most of all money laundering. So far…the FBI and the Department of Justice is not responding to questions or issuing comments. There is a continuing Senate investigation however…and our own U.S. Treasury knows more but is stonewalling the documents including money transfers into Rosemont Seneca, the matter of the Elena Baturina and the matter of CEFC with Hudson West. It all does not begin with Hunter Biden, it is a family affair but there are oligarchs, Chinese investment accounts and well even John Kerry’s son-in-law.
