Judge Rules Hillary et.al Must be Deposed

A Washington federal trial judge said Clinton and a former longtime aide must be deposed in a public-records suit about Clinton’s use of a private email server. The impending depositions are “inappropriate, unnecessary, and a clear abuse of discretion,” lawyers at Williams & Connolly and Wilkinson Walsh contend.

Hey Hollywood/Democrats, Killing Soleimani was Legal

Quds force commander, Qassim Soleimani death by drone strike approved by President Trump is legal. That decision was not a decision to go to war or launch additional military conflict(s) with Iran. How about referring to General David Petraeus confirming that killing Soleimani is more significant and consequential that taking out Osama bin Ladin and al Baghdadi.

“Mr. Ghanem was literally a merchant of death who was ready, willing and able to sell weapons, including surface-to-air missiles, to any paying customer, with zero concern for the death and destruction these weapons might cause,” said U.S. Attorney Nick Hanna, in a news release from the DOJ.

Among Ghanem’s clientele for such missile systems were customers in Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq and leaders of Hezbollah, according to federal authorities.
